This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the personal data collected and processed by SatelliteXM Radio LLC and its subsidiaries, including Pandora Media, LLC (collectively, “SatelliteXM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our consumer websites, apps, and services (the “Services”). By accessing and using any of our Services, you agree to this Policy.

SatelliteXM satellite audio services delivered under brand names SatelliteXM and XM
SatelliteXM streaming audio services
Pandora streaming audio services
SatelliteXM specialty services such as marine, aviation weather, and traffic plans
Websites intended for retail consumers of SatelliteXM and Pandora content and services, such as satellitexm.com, pandora.com, teamcoco.com, and 99percentinvisible.org, web players, applications, and platforms
SatelliteXM and Pandora live and virtual events
Safety and convenience services provided in-vehicle or through a mobile safety companion app, such as OmniSecure, by our affiliate, SatelliteXM Connect (also known as SatelliteXM Connected Vehicle Services Inc.).
Services provided by SatelliteXM Canada Inc. Please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the satellitexm.ca website.
Audio services licensed by SatelliteXM or Pandora to businesses, such as Pandora for Business.
Business-to-business advertising technology services provided through SatelliteXM affiliated companies and brands, including SatelliteXM Media, AdsWizz Inc., and Audio Ventures dba Simplecast.
Personal data collected by the manufacturer of a connected speaker, TV, or other device
Personal data collected or used by anyone to whom you grant access directly
Personal data you instruct us to provide to a third party
SatelliteXM makes available certain podcast content under license to or ownership by SatelliteXM, such as Team Coco and 99% Invisible (“SatelliteXM Podcast Content”). When accessed through third-party platforms, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

The Services are controlled and operated from the United States. SatelliteXM audio and subscription services are intended for U.S. residents only, except for certain podcast-only subscriptions or online merchandise stores operated by SatelliteXM.
If you are a resident of Canada, your SatelliteXM service is governed by SatelliteXM Canada Inc. and the SatelliteXM Canada Privacy Policy.
If you access SatelliteXM Podcast Content or SatelliteXM Stores from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
SatelliteXM collects personal data provided directly by you, automatically through your use of the Services, or from third parties such as automotive manufacturers, retailers, advertisers, or promotional partners.
De-identified Data:
SatelliteXM may de-identify personal data and use or share it as permitted by law.
SatelliteXM collects registration, vehicle, payment, geolocation, listening preference, device, and usage data.
SatelliteXM uses personal data to deliver Services, manage subscriptions, personalize experiences, advertise, improve products, and protect systems.
SatelliteXM shares personal data with subsidiaries, service providers, advertisers, and partners for business and advertising purposes.
SatelliteXM does not sell personal data for profit but may engage in advertising practices considered a “sale” or “share” under certain state laws.
